Valid license could not be found

Error: A valid license to run the software could not be found (H0007).

Cause : The hasp dongle driver has not installed correctly.

Steps to resolve: 

  • Run Command Prompt from the Windows Start menu.
  • In the command prompt dialog, input the following command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery Software\BIN\haspdinst.exe" -purge.
  • Hit the <Enter> key on the keyboard. Click OK when the driver has been removed and close the dialog.
  • In the command prompt dialog, input the following command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery Software\BIN\haspdinst.exe" -i -kp.
  • Again hit the <Enter> key on the keyboard. Click OK when the driver is finished installing and close the dialog.
  • Open your embroidery software.

 


 

HASP LM not running during installation

Error: HASP LM is not running during the installation

Cause : The anti-virus software has blocked the security driver from installing.

Steps to resolve: 

  • Cancel the installation of your embroidery software.
  • Temporarily disable your anti-virus software.
  • Restart the embroidery software installation.
  • After the installation has completed, re-enable the anti-virus software.
